WHAT IF I ONLY NEED A LOGO?
Currently, we do not offer à la carte logo designs. This is because we believe that a logo is just one ingredient to your brand. To fully convey your brand's essence to your target audience, we strongly recommend building your visual identity comprehensively from the ground up.
WHAT IF I ALREADY HAVE A LOGO?
We're more than happy to consult with you and determine if we can work with your existing logo. However, in most cases, we prefer to start from scratch, and our clients have been highly satisfied with the results!
HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?
Typically, our projects are completed within a range of 2 to 8 weeks, depending on the scope of work. These timeframes are dependent on client feedback turnaround.
ARE TWO ROUNDS OF REFINEMENTS SUFFICIENT?
For most of our clients, two rounds of refinements are adequate. Refinements refer to delivery rounds with client feedback. Please note that our communication via calls and emails throughout the project does not count as refinements. If you'd like to add an extra round, we can adjust the invoice accordingly.

Project Management
-> Kick-off consultation call -> Notion client portal (access to all admin. documents, projects schedule, feedback forms) -> Additional calls throughout ->2 weeks of post-launch support
