Summary

I will create a realistic representation of your architectural interior, considering real light parameters, using real world textures and high quality 3D assets for the furniture and decoration. All the details that are important to you!

Process

First I need to get to know you and your project and specific requirements.

I confirm the budget and delivery times.

Then start from your 2D plans and a mood board or list of materials and ideas you have.

Next I make the 3D model and present to you 2 or 3 options for the perspective with the first idea of lighting and composition.in B&W (without materials).

After your revision I start texturing the 3D model and adding more detail to the image. Then I will send you a complete 3D image in low quality. This step usually takes a second revision from you.

Following your approval, I make the final 3D render in high quality and send to you an amazing 3D render of your interior project.

What information would I need to send you to start the project?
I will need your 2D plans, a specification of the materials and colors you envision for your project and the angle or perspective you wish for the render.
Will you model the whole project?
No, I will do the 3D model only of what is visible in the 3D render. This is why is important the before I start you give an specification of angle or perspective you wish for the render.
Do you deliver also the 3D model?
Yes, I could deliver the 3D model for an additional cost (depending on the project and the detail needed). Please consider that the model delivered wont have textures and environment objects, since these are assets that I'm not allowed to share or commercialize.
