Process

1. Get Started

Choose the one-time project and gain access to our Trello board to manage your requests.

2. Submit Your Request

Fill out the request form with all necessary details, including references, product specs, preferred style, and animation goals.

3. Work Begins

Once the request is confirmed, I’ll start working on your project. For animations, I provide a storyboard or style frames before production begins to ensure we're aligned.

4. Review & Revisions

You’ll receive an initial render for review. One-time projects include up to 3 revisions, while subscription plans offer unlimited revisions until you’re completely satisfied.

5. Final Approval & Delivery

Once approved, I’ll deliver the high-resolution final files, formatted for your specific use case (social media, web, ads, etc.).

How do I get my refunds?
When we start working together, there’s a lot of detail and strenuous work going into each visual to make it as captivating as possible. Because of these efforts, I don’t not offer refunds.
