Process

Step 1: Collecting Business Information I begin by sending you a detailed questionnaire to gather all the essential information about your business and vision. (3-4 days)

Step 2: Creating a Foldermap & Initial Design Based on your input, I organize all materials into a structured foldermap and begin working on the moodboard.

Step 3: Moodboard Review & Feedback Once your moodboard is ready, I send it to you for review. Any adjustments or refinements are made based on your feedback. (4-5 days)

Step 4: Placing Content & Finalizing Design After approval of the initial design and the moodboard, I proceed with designing all the other elements. (20-30 days)

Step 5: Final Review & Project Completion Before delivering the final work, I check the quality with you to ensure that everything aligns with your expectations. Once approved, you receive the high-quality final files.

How much doe it exactly take to design my brand?
It depends on the scope of your project and the number of items your brand needs. But if I were to give an estimate, it usually takes around 25–30 days. Designing a brand is an important process, so the more time we spend on the details, the better the outcome will be. Taking the time to get it right ensures your brand stands out and feels authentic.
How does the pricing process work?
It really depends on your project. If it’s a rebrand or just updating existing elements, it will obviously take less time and cost less. But if you’re looking to build a new brand identity from scratch, pricing starts at $750.

1. Foldermap & Questions
You'll receive the Foldermap & Questionnaire. I will send you a file containing a complete questionnaire, designed to gather all the essential information needed to start your project. This provides detailed answers that will help me understand your vision.
2. Expert Guidance
Get professional branding/rebranding advice to ensure everything meets industry standards.
3. Moodboard
To ensure that we are aligned on the creative direction, I will create and deliver a moodboard (including logo concepts, color palette, style and overall vibe).
4. Custom Design services
Custom design such as iconography, social media kit and stationary design.
5. Brand Assets
A complete list of branding assets such as logo, color palette, typography, icons, symbols, patterns and textures, illustrations, lable design, tagline or slogan, and 3D mockups.
6. Brand Guidlines
This includes all the details of the designed elements, from the logo design to each selected aspect of your brand.
7. Final Graphic
Print-ready file. The final design will be delivered as a high-resolution, optimized PDF.
8. Source Files
You will receive the source file for each design, allowing you to make future updates and changes as needed.
