What's included

• Monthly Financial Statements

  This includes Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flows statements that are sent every month on agreed deliverable date. This means all COA were properly accounted and reconciled.

• Daily/Weekly Bookkeeping

  To make sure the transactions are up to date and matched correctly to invoices and bills payments.

• Accounts Receivable and Payable Reports

  It depends in the engagement, this can be sent either monthly or weekly so you can prepare for the cash flows. If you don't have a current process to this, I can make one as out-of-scope service.

• Financial Analysis

  This includes: 1. Cash flow analysis. 2. Cash Runway 3. Summary of monthly costs 4. Visualized Financial information. This depends in the package you will avail.

• Accounting Policies/Internal Controls Procedures

  If you are not following any accounting SOPs, your company is candidate for a sinking ship. Once every little error is accumulated, it's a huge problem for the organization. Streamline your business with strong internal controls. This is an out-of-scope-service.

• Month-end closing

  This includes bookkeeping and accounts reconciliation for bank/cc, Stripe, Paypal, Shopify, Amazon, Braintree, payroll, accounts receivable and payables, revenue, prepaid/accrued expense, depreciation/amortization, deferred revenue, etc.
