During the discovery phase, I will spend time understanding your business goals, will interview stakeholders, researching and analysing your target audience to uncover their pain points and needs and start the ideation of the product. By the end of it, we will have a solid roadmap with a clear vision of the work and timeline.

I offer user research to collect qualitative data, carry out participatory activities to observe users in their environment and conduct a competitive analysis to understand the landscape of solutions and collect everything we need to validate our decisions.

I can work with you to build your brand or rebrand your current product. This will include competitive analysis, defining the brand, messaging, visual identity design, print, digital collateral and brand guidelines.

I will create user flows, information architecture, site maps and prototypes. We will explore a first draft of low-fidelity wireframes with a few rounds of amends after feedback from users to get it right.

We will take the low wireframes and turn them into beautiful and crafted final designs. I will be delivering final designs using Figma, including a clean and polished design system to reuse.
