Summary
Design Process: Walking the company or team through the design process, providing guidelines, steps along the way, to help bring a user-centered mindset when building out solutions to complex problems.
User Research: Talking with users to better understand their wants and needs, getting at the heart of their problems the team is looking to solve, and establishing best practices for user surveys, user interviews, and user feedback synthesis.
Wireframes: Creating lo-fidelity mockups during design explorations, to help the team (product managers, engineers, leadership, etc.) understand how we might come up with solutions.
Prototypes: Creating lo-fidelity and hi-fidelity prototypes to share with users and get tangible feedback. All built within Figma, Framer, Webflow, Play, or another appropriate tool.
Websites & Applications: Creating designs for experiences on the web that are responsive and mobile-friendly, interactions and user flows for mobile applications (iOS, Android, etc.), and any other types of software (desktop apps, tablet, etc.).
Design System: Establishing a design system full of type styles, color styles, components, all using the latest features inside of Figma (Variables, Variants, Auto Layout, etc.)
