Do you use any platform like Airbnb/booking.com to rent your property?

With over 10 properties managed my whole Airbnb management career I'll be your daily stand-by Airbnb manager and to keep it short and sweet I will do the following :

-Listing optimization

-Communicating with the guests via messages and video calls (Greek, English, Russian)

-Update for the guest check-in and check-out to schedule the cleaning and maintenance of the property

-Costing depending on the period of time (summer-winter, public holidays)

-Provide a list of recommendations and info that they need to maximize their whole experience

-If the property is near to Athens-Piraeus then I can visit and make sure everything is ok before the guests check-in and even once the guests check out.

-Dealing with complaints and ''pushing'' for good reviews

Benefits : saving you time, and providing a much better experience to the guests, and therefore you will end up having more positive reviews, higher ranking, and more frequent reservations. A manager is a must !
