I will run a focused two-hour private session around your real workflows, constraints and risks. We will identify where AI can remove friction, where a human decision must remain and what should be tested first.

You receive the two-hour remote workshop for up to eight people, a reusable workbook and governance checklist, one simple agent or workflow built live, a prioritised opportunity map and written recommendations for the first 30 days.

The session is designed for non-technical leadership and delivery teams. Custom software, production deployment, additional workshops and organisation-wide training programmes are quoted separately.

COMPLETION AND HANDOVER Complete when the two-hour workshop for up to eight attendees has taken place and the workbook, checklist, simple live-built agent or workflow, opportunity map and 30-day recommendations are delivered. One consolidated adjustment to the written recommendations is included.

Required inputs: attendee roles, session goal, example workflows, existing tools, permitted demonstration material and preparation/workshop availability. The workshop date is agreed within the delivery window after preparation inputs are complete.

Delivery starts once the brief, required materials and agreed access are complete. Any delay affecting the delivery date is agreed through Contra.
