What's included

• Project Plan

  A comprehensive document outlining the project’s scope, objectives, timelines, resources, risks, and communication plans.

• Requirements Specification

  A detailed document capturing all business and technical requirements that the AWS solution must fulfill. This includes functional requirements (e.g., what the system should do), non-functional requirements (e.g., performance, security), and any compliance requirements.

• Architecture Design Document

  A document detailing the cloud architecture, including the high-level design and technical specifications.

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Templates

  Templates for automating the provisioning of AWS resources using IaC tools. These will be AWS CloudFormation templates that define and automate the infrastructure setup, including EC2 instances, S3 buckets, RDS databases, and other AWS services.

• Monitoring and Logging Setup

  Configuration of monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure the smooth operation of the cloud infrastructure. This includes setting up AWS CloudWatch

• Testing and Validation Report

  Documentation of the testing and validation processes to ensure that the system meets all requirements.

• Go-Live

  This includes final checks, rollback procedures, stakeholder communication plans, and scheduling of the production deployment.
