Starter includes one agreed input format, one clearly defined transformation and one output format. Examples include cleaning a CSV, combining files with the same structure, or renaming files according to a clear rule. You receive the Python source, dependency notes, usage instructions and a sample run with suitable test data. Two revision rounds are included.
