• Do I need to have all the content ready before we start?

  Yes. To begin the design phase, all content (text, images, etc.) needs to be finalized. This ensures a smooth and efficient workflow.

• How long does an editorial project usually take?

  It varies depending on the complexity of the publication, but most projects are completed within 2 to 6 weeks. At the beginning of each project, we agree on a schedule that works comfortably for both sides.

• How does the review process work?

  Feedback is usually done via comments on PDF files. I’ll send a version ready for review along with a simple guide that explains how to give feedback efficiently.

• What’s the best way to communicate?

  Email or the Contra chat are both great. I’ll always reply promptly and keep all project updates organized and clear.

• Can you work in other languages?

  Yes, I'm used to working with content in multiple languages such as Portuguese, English, French, Spanish, German, Turkish, and others. As long as the base content is provided, multilingual projects are not a problem.

• Do you work across different time zones?

  Yes! I'm used to working with international clients, including in the U.S. I can easily adapt to different time zones and keep communication smooth and consistent.
