Process

Discovery Call:

We can set up a video call as soon as it is convenient for you. The call can easily be scheduled via Calendly and Google Meet. I strongly encourage a video call but if that is a problem, we can communicate via email or WhatsApp.

Through the initial call, we will discuss your business, your vision, and how you want to be presented. I encourage you to come prepared with questions and ideas.

We will set up a deadline, feedback, and revision appointments. This can vary based on the deadline, but I highly recommend 5 working days.

Feedback Session:

During the first feedback session, I present to you a moodboard, ideas and styles based on the information you have provided during our initial call. Together we will carve out a more refined idea and after that, you can leave the magic part to me :-)

Revisions:

I will present up to 3 logo ideas that are already polished and mocked up alongside 3 animated logo ideas. Here, you can choose one idea for further refinement and the best animation that will go with it.

2nd -3rd Revisions are for those nitty-gritty details and any major changes that might happen for example company name changes or if you choose to go for a completely different colour palette or the animation is not quite up to par. ( In the past, I have rarely had the clients go for a 3rd revision)

Final Send Off:

I package all the files in the mentioned and agreed formats alongside the necessary instructions and hand them to you.

FAQs

How many revisions are included?
A total of 6 revisions are included in the service. 3 revisions until the logo design is complete and 3 revisions for the animation part. This allows us to make use of our check-ins better and focus on what needs refinement, getting the work done within the chosen timeframe and overcoming the paradox of choice :-) That said, I always ensure that my clients are heard and do my best to align the work with their final vision.
Can I just give you an idea and you design the logo? I don't want to meet up every 5 working days.
Unfortunately, I do not work that way. I take pride in my work and would love to deliver a final piece that you are proud of as well. If you are involved, it makes the workflow much smoother and ensures great results.
How fast can I get the final logo?
All great things take time. I propose 2-3 weeks and a maximum of 4. Of course, this can be less but that also depends on the speed of communication between us.
I am not in the CET timezone. Is that a problem?
Not a problem. I am pretty flexible :-)
