We pick the nearest goal, sharpen the offer and test the assumptions under it. You know what we're going after, what waits and how we'll tell it's moving.

Priorities, who owns what and how progress stays visible without asking around. When other people work on the project, they know what was agreed and who has the next step.

A site, an app, an automation or an internal tool. I build the agreed part myself, so a decision doesn't sit in a queue waiting for a vendor.

A flat monthly fee, a lower fee plus equity, or another split if that's fairer both ways. I don't work for equity alone. We agree the scope, who's responsible for what and the pay before anything starts.
