Any! I have worked with big corporations, SME and start-ups. If you are looking to upgrade your candidate experience for your interviewees and current employees and share more about your EVP with a wider audience - then go ahead and reach out.
What would I need to have on my end?
A clear list of your asks. A brief your TA team goals, your current EB systems (if any), key stakeholder and main point of contact.
How long does this process take?
Anywhere between 4-9 weeks, depending on the deliverables, no. of revisions, approvals required and more.
Do you handle translations?
No I do not. I can work on the design aspects if you have a translator (with additional costs).
