The Process

We'll arrange a meet-up or way of messaging that's comfortable for you. I'll ask a LOT of questions about you and your project to help determine your needs and goals. Next, I will help determine a timeline for deliverables.

Once the initial discussion concludes I will shortly send an invoice and contract to sign electronically. For projects over $1000, I require at least a 50% deposit (unless otherwise noted) but if you wish to pay the full project price then you'll receive a 10% discount on the total. If a project cost is $1000 or less, then the total cost is to be paid upfront before work begins (10% discount does not apply.) As soon as I receive the signed contract and payment I'll begin working on your project. I will send concepts for you to look at and I'll further refine based on our discussion. 2 free revisions are included.

Once designs are approved I'll need any outstanding payments made in full before deliverables are sent to you.

Additional Costs & Add-ons

Additional Revisions - $50/each

Printing - Dependent on quantity and type. Can be mailed to you.
