Timeline
The scope and type of research will affect the timeline.
Very quick user research can take around 1-2 weeks.
The process:
We'll set up an initial call to discuss your product and the project objectives.
We'll agree on the scope, length and methods of research that will be utilised for this project.
I'll conduct the research and keep you in the loop with everything that's happening (finding users and getting them to participate can take some time, but I'll tell you all about it and what we can do to speed it up)
Once the data is collected, I will analyse it for you and create a report explaining all the details.
I'll present you with all the findings and conclusions! 🙌
What's included
Insights report
I will provide all the data collected during the research steps we decided upon, as well as highlight key findings.
(Optional) personas, empathy maps, user stories and journeys
I will create 1-3 personas (based on the findings from the research) and create empathy maps, user stories and user journeys based on the data from the research, to better explain who are our users and what are their needs.
(Optional) mid-fidelity wireframes
I will create 1-5 greyscale wireframe screens showcasing a possible solution.
