What's included

  I provide support and check-ins with the client. This includes: weekly meetings (can be more or less, depending on the project, email management, review of feedback and liaising between internal team.

• Team Management and Resourcing

  I can assist with allocating roles to each project team member, and ensuring work will be completed on time.

• Budgeting

  I work with with team to estimate work, finalize budgets, manage the project to ensure it stays within budget, and monitor scope creep.
