Summary

A 3 phase session stepping through a 5 stage framework that is customised to suit the needs of each individual client and their vision for the brand. No strategy session is ever stepped out the exact same way as the one before, as each and every brand we develop brings with it its own needs, potential and constraints. However the end goal is all the same - A clean, clear and detailed playbook comprising everything that constitutes the brands existence as well as a research-backed game plan that serves as a director of all future brand decisions, securing a strong, competitive, recognisable, consistent and personable positioning in the market.
While the Brands ‘why’ and the end goals are cemented, as time goes on, team members come and go, tech advances and consumers shift their attention toward new trends, the approach sometimes needs to be rethought to ensure the action plans remain on point, maintaining a sustainable roadmap.. That’s why I don’t just create and bounce when I’m done with a brand development. I’m still here, hanging out with your playbook on hand, ready to dive back in and revisit and realign our execution game where necessary to make sure you and the whole team are prepped for driving the brand forward in tomorrow's market.
