Terms and Conditions A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the start of the project. • One revision is included in the estimated cost. Extra charge will be applied to additional revisions and overtime meetings. The cost of all assets (images, fonts, graphics) will be incurred by the client. Price is dependent on the source and choice of assets. • The design will be proofread for errors but the client must check and approve all materials before project finalization. • Intellectual property rights: ◊ All rights of the work will be handed over to the client. With the exception of personal use of my work (the designer) as part of a promotion. ◊ The designer agrees to keep all client information confidential. ◊ The client agrees that the designer will be permitted to display the final design project on their website and portfolio. ◊ The client is not permitted to alter the design work after project completion.
