I know it can be challenging to maintain the look and feel of the brand on your favorite socials! We've all been there!
When we complete all 3 phases, we will know exactly the purpose of the brand, why you want to market it, and how we will market it. When we answer these questions, it will be easier to focus on the customer journey and play the long-term game.
We will also provide you with a brand guideline to ensure we follow the same set of rules when posting. The idea is to keep the brand persona intact in the future, it doesn't matter if there's someone else working on the brand in the future. The image should remain consistent and structured.
We will also require any previous logo files (PNGs, JPEGs) you might have for the brand.
What's included
Phase 1 : Research and Development
This will include an initial call with the client to know more about the product and the short and long-term branding goals. We will try to assess the product and customer journey and understand the pain points. The process will answer all the initial doubts and clear our purpose as to what we want to achieve for the product/ service.
Phase 2: Ideation
This phase will ensure we are on the same page after the research. We will make sure we align with the brand's needs and go back to phase 1 to counter-check if we are in the right direction for phase 3. We will also present ideas for your campaign and big ideas. Moodboards will be provided to know the final look and feel of the campaign. This will also include online and offline strategies, the platform we will target, and how we would approach it.
Phase 3: Execution
The easiest of the lot, I believe. All the difficult questions will be answered by the time we reach here. The final look with Mockups, JPEGs, and other collaterals will be provided. We will also discuss if we were able to achieve what we discussed in the previous 2 phases. Final files will be provided after any revisions you might need.
