This is the starting point of our project. We'll have an initial consultation where I'll learn more about your needs, goals, target audience & preferences. From there I'll develop a document summarizing the project scope, objectives, timeline & other important information.

Getting on the same page about visual design and aesthetic direction of a project is very important! After our initial strategy session, I'll collect and share design inspiration to help us decide on the look and feel for the finished site.

Wireframes are low-fidelity sketches of the websites layout to help us focus on structure & site functionality. I'll share a series of wireframe designs in Figma for each page to help us establish foundational elements like navigation, content & core CTAs.

During the design process, I'll regularly share progress and invite feedback to help refine the direction. This will be delivered through mockups and prototypes.

Once we've gone through our rounds of feedback, I'll deliver detailed, polished designs showing exactly how the final site should look. You'll get a clickable Figma prototype that feels like the finished product as well as a file of annotated design specs.

I want to set my clients up to scale successfully and quickly with a clear design system that can be used to develop new pages & features across the website. Your design system will be a Figma file containing variables, styles and web components complete with usage guidance & examples. I'll work with you to make sure we're capturing all your design system needs.

Websites don't get designed and built in a silo. I'll be available to collaborate with your team to ensure alignment throughout the process. This may look like async documentation or regular meetings, and I'd happily work with developers for a formal handoff!
