We get on a call to build rapport and scope out your idea

Off the call, I conduct the technical feasibility study. expect a report from me at least 48 hours after the initial call

We agree on the scope, and I begin work

I shape the technical scope expect a report from me

Week 4 - 7 (building)

Head in the weeds making your dream come true

I do not expect you to contact me during this phase, but expect me to keep you up to date with the progress and and business process related questions

Week 7 I send you a preview link that you can already start testing.

Week 8 handover and customer onboarding

Automated Backups
I will implement an automated database backup system tailored to your environment, performing daily encrypted backups at a low-traffic time and storing them in Hetzner Object Storage. Backups will be retained for 30 days, with point-in-time recovery options. You’ll receive a monitoring dashboard with automated failure alerts. I’ll also provide documentation and a one-hour training session to help your team manage and restore backups.
