I turn one working but fragile local Python script or service into a project another person can review, set up and maintain. The US$99 starting engagement covers one existing local repository up to approximately 1,500 non-generated source lines, one agreed run or build path and one environment. I inventory code and dependencies, organize the repository, review gitignore and environment examples, scan for common secret patterns, add one bounded smoke or regression test, and deliver a README, run guide, change log and acceptance checklist. The starter scope excludes new features, major refactors, migrations, production credentials, cloud deployment, live database changes, web scraping, browser bots and regulated data. Before starting, provide an anonymized archive, Python version, current command, sample input and expected output. If it does not run, provide the reproducible error so repair can be scoped separately.
