Key to the success of any proposal is always understanding what the end-customer is aiming to achieve and communicating that you can play a part in reaching their goals. I will assist you in developing new proposals or reviewing existing ones, ensuring they are clear, of high quality, and most importantly, fit-for-purpose.

Understand the outcome you wish to achieve with your proposal

Catch up on your progress to-date

Determine the intended audience and get to the bottom of their requirements

Explore your win themes and solution approach

Identify what inputs should go into the proposal (project plans, your portfolio and track record, key figures/statistics etc.)

Examine whether the proposal needs to be qualitative, quantitative or both

Identify what format the proposal needs to be delivered in
