About this service

Summary

I prioritize my audience, incorporating empathy into the thought process behind my documentation. I also love learning new tools and technologies that help me stay ahead of the curve and produce better documentation. Last but not least, quality is paramount in my process.
To me, quality means clear, concise, and accessible documentation that supports the audience at every stage of their journey.

Process

My process for handling a documentation project is straightforward yet iterative.
I start by understanding your product and audience.
Then, I study and audit existing documentation (if any).
Next, I consult with the SMEs and relevant stakeholders in the company to help with my research.
I then conduct usability testing for your product and features.
First draft - review and implement changes
Second draft - review and implement changes
The third and final draft - review and implement changes if needed
The documentation is now live!
Check for customer feedback for areas of improvement and documentation needs.
Rinse and repeat!
