Includes a preliminary production schedule, call-sheet draft, crew/vendor contact sheet, outstanding-items tracker and one consolidated revision. Client supplies treatment, approved locations, contacts, shot priorities and production decisions. Standard first delivery: two business days after complete intake and confirmed booking. Rush requests quoted after review. Excludes crew wages, rentals, permits, insurance, travel, casting, vendor deposits and execution of agreements. Client/producer approves and distributes the final call sheet, confirms safety and location requirements, and authorizes spending. Extra locations, days or expanded scope receive a separate quote.
