1. Process review I review the manual reconciliation process you're currently following. A written explanation of your current workflow is required so I can replicate it accurately.

2. File delivery You provide at least two files (CSV or Excel XLS): one bank statement and one accounting record.

3. Automated processing If it's your first time, I build the automation from scratch to match your process. For returning clients, I reprocess your new files using the existing automation.

4. Client review You review the results and confirm everything looks correct.

5. Corrections (if needed) If any discrepancies are found, I make the necessary adjustments.

6. Recurring service I can repeat the process every period as needed, so your reconciliations stay up to date without manual effort.
