Can I hear a sample of what it will sound like?
Yes, of course, I send free samples to every customer! Once you confirm the sample, we can proceed with the work.
Will I be able to revise the final file?
Yes, you have 1 revision (2 revisions for the Premium package) and can hear and revise the final file I send you and tell me if you would like to change anything. I can also update you on the work while working on it.
Can you completely remove all the noise?
Yes, but not always; it depends on the format, recording, and type of noise. Some sounds will persist regardless of the best efforts to remove them. Sometimes complete removal of some noise can add artifacts to the sounds you're trying to enhance. But it will always sound much better!
Do you fix audio from videos with audio problems?
Yes, of course! I can extract the audio and work on it. If you'd like me to render the new enhanced audio back to the video, I offer a gig extra for that.
How do you deliver your work?
I will deliver my work in WAV format as it is superior in quality to MP3. But you can request an MP3 version of the work.
