Optimize project profitability
Streamline the connection between hiring and accepting new business
Oversee & develop process to effectively manage operational and legal issues
Manage the finance function of the agency, including the overall agency P&L and balance sheet
Develop and manage the forward-looking financial planningprocess. Improve forecasting procedures to manage growth rate, new business close timing, hiring rate, and cash flow
Help define & champion measurable financial goals, and evangelize and coordinate the cross-functional team
Manage and improve the effectiveness of producing client work, including overall staff resourcing & utilization, project pricing and profitability, and workflow processes
Manage and improve project profitability, including use of hours and dollars
Analyze and streamline internal ways of working between these teams
Optimize employee utilization. Manage & improve processes including time tracking, staffing, and measurement
Refine and manage the pacing and connection between accepting new business, maximizing employee utilization, and hiring. Create a process to streamline these
Oversee IT processes, including equipment, employee training, and IT security protocols
Oversee IT tools such as CRM database, Google Suite, Harvest, and Asana. Refine how to use IT to best support the work
Supervise insurance coverage, including risk assessments and compliance with client agreements
Manage legal compliance, insurance and risks with respect to freelancers and vendors
