This can include detailed project planning, artifact creation, project team kickoff meetings and cadence establishment, sprint board creation and configuration, project approval and summary docs, budget and other plans. When it makes sense, I’ll train others on how to self-manage and step away or help you launch the next project.
Project Triage and Recovery
Is your project in trouble? That’s my niche. I’ll come in and help get things back on track, either finishing the project or setting up another PM for success after I depart. It’s never too late to get a project reset and running effectively.
