My video production services can include anything from the three production stages:
PRE-PRODUCTION - screenwriting, location scouting, production logistics like food and transportation for everyone involved, casting calls and auditions, etc.
PRODUCTION - gear rental, crew assembly, call sheets, shooting, backup of rushes, voice-overs, etc. The equipment used depends on the project's needs and its budget, but it usually includes one or two cameras (4K or 1080p), tripod, gimbal, lights and softbox, lapel microphone with transmitter and receiver, audio recorder, laptop and external hard drives for back up. I can also source other gear, like monitors, flags, backdrops, etc.
POST-PRODUCTION - editing, sound effects, music, color grading, stock footage acquisition, render and exports, etc.
I've been working as a filmmaker for 10+ years and have played different roles in different kinds of shoots, from writing and directing my own short fiction films, to leading a crew as an A.D., or shooting digital content (promotional and educational videos, highlights and compilations, explainers and presentations, etc.) for different companies, brands and entrepreneurs. I got my Masters Degree at the London Film School, one of the most well-regarded filmmaking schools in the world, and my first job was at 19 years old as an assistant director trainee at a 4 million budget feature film, with a vast cast that included names such as John Malkovich, Catherine Deneuve or Mathieu Almaric, and a crew of over 100 people. I learnt everything I know about work ethic, time management and efficiency from that job.
I went on to making my own films while also building a career as a videographer and video editor for different companies, from weddings and art galleries all the way to scientific research facilities, non-profits and online courses for YouTubers.
