Process

1. Initial Consultation

We begin with a comprehensive consultation call to discuss your vision and specific needs. During this session, we’ll explore your goals, business processes, and any desired features. This helps me understand what your ideal Notion setup looks like and ensures we’re aligned from the start.

2. Proposal & Plan Development

Based on our initial discussion, I’ll create a detailed proposal outlining the recommended structure, features, and timeline for your Notion workspace. I’ll refine this plan based on your feedback, so we’re clear on what to build.

3. Workspace Design & Customization

Once the plan is finalized, I’ll start building your customized Notion workspace. This includes:

- Designing the layout and navigation for intuitive use

- Building tailored pages, databases, and dashboards

- Integrating advanced automations and connections to your other tools

- Crafting templates and workflows that match your processes

Throughout this phase, I’ll keep you updated on the progress to ensure we’re heading in the right direction.

4. Review & Revisions

You’ll get a chance to review the initial build. We’ll walk through the setup together, where you can provide feedback. I’ll adjust and fine-tune the workspace based on your input, ensuring it aligns perfectly with your expectations. Up to five revisions are included to guarantee satisfaction.

5. User Training & Documentation

Once the setup is finalized, you’ll receive a personalized training session, complete with documentation and video tutorials. This training covers everything you need to know about navigating, updating, and managing your new Notion workspace, empowering you and your team to use it effectively from day one.

6. Delivery & Handover

Your Notion workspace will be ready within 14 days from the start of the project. We’ll do a final walkthrough to make sure everything is set up as expected. You’ll receive full access, and any additional resources you need will be provided.

7. 2-Week Post-Implementation Support

For two weeks after delivery, I’ll be available to answer any questions and provide support as you integrate the new workspace into your daily workflow. Whether it’s small tweaks or general guidance, I’m here to help you get the most out of your new setup.
