Discovery: Initial call and agreement on the remuneration, understanding of business and user goals, and how to perfectly leverage this to ensure that the end-user gets the most out of the product in the end.

Research and initial presentation: UX research to understand the prospective project's goals and the market, followed by the drafting of user flows, user journeys and finally the initial design

Presentation of initial concept: Presentation of a prototype of the initial concept, noting feedback and rapid iteration for the subsequent versions

Presentation of the final version and AB Testing: Testing of the final product for scrutiny from a third party and final rapid iteration and feedback

Developer handoff and support: Handing off the designs to the responsible developer for implementation, with support for between a week and a month(or more) depending on agreements during the Discovery phase)
