The client receives exclusive commercial usage rights (excluding copyright ownership), unlimited in duration, worldwide, across all media. The artist retains full copyright ownership of the artwork. The artist reserves the right to display the artwork for portfolio, promotional, and publication purposes. The client acknowledges that this is a personalized service, not a physical product, and therefore not eligible for returns or chargebacks.
