Step 1 - Submit your research brief
Tell me about you and your company, your project and your objective!
Step 2 - Recommended project plan
If you don't know where to start, I can come back and create a project plan for you. Outlining the objectives, outcomes and suggested research methods
Step 3 - Create
I'll create whatever is needed to get started with the research. Wether its surveys, interview scripts or whatever is needed to research.
Step 4 - Research!
In this step I will do whatever is needed to research your customers, wether its sending out surveys, interviewing or cold calling customers.
Step 5 - Reporting
Once the research period is over, I'll go and collate all the research into a report with all the outcomes on how to move forward.
