• Which platforms do you support?

  Currently, we support TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube — anywhere users are commenting publicly on your real estate content.

• Can I export the leads?

  Yes! You can export leads as a CSV download or receive a Google Sheet via email with all the data (usernames, comments, actions, scores).

• How quickly will I receive results?

  Most reports are ready within 3-5 minutes depending on comment volume and platform. You’ll get real-time updates via chat as the AI processes your video.

• The analysis says 0 leads found - is it broken?

  Sometimes videos don’t contain comments with clear buyer or renter intent. Try using videos that mention listings, prices, or moving.

• What are “confidence scores” and how should I use them?

  Each lead is scored 0–100% based on how clearly they expressed interest. We recommend following up on leads above 80% confidence first.

• How accurate is the AI?

  The AI is tuned to spot buyer signals — but it’s not perfect. Think of it like a lead detector: it highlights the best prospects so you don’t have to read every comment.

• Can I recover leads after exporting?

  Currently, no. We’re working on adding an export history feature. For now, be sure to download or save your leads before leaving the page.
