Process

Step 1: Discovery - The branding process begins with an in-depth discovery phase. We take the time to understand your brand, clients, goals, values, services, and overall identity. Through thorough research and insightful conversations, we aim to gain a deep understanding of your business and what sets you apart.
Step 2: Moodboarding - Setting the tone and style is essential. We create mood boards that visually convey the direction we envision for your brand. These mood boards serve as a reference point throughout the project, ensuring that we are aligned with your vision. We present at least 2 concept ideas for you to review and discuss together.
Step 3: Brand Identity Design - This is where the magic happens. Based on our discussions, mood boards, and the brief, we will bring your brand to life. We start with sketches and then transform them into vector designs, perfectly capturing your brand essence and personality.
Step 4: Presentation - We believe in delivering the highest quality work. Therefore, we present you with 2-3 unique design directions in an extensive PDF format for you to review. Our presentations go into great depth and detail to ensure that we address your goals at every level. Your feedback and input are crucial at this stage.
Step 5: Review and Revision - Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer up to 2 rounds of revisions, allowing you to provide feedback and refine the designs. This collaborative process ensures that we create a branding solution that exceeds your expectations. Any additional revisions can be discussed and agreed upon upfront.
Step 6: Handover - Once your final feedback is incorporated and all designs are approved, we prepare to hand over the final deliverables. You will receive all the necessary files outlined in our initial agreement, including logo files, brand assets, and, if selected, a comprehensive brand book. This brand book will serve as a guide to help you effectively implement your new brand across various platforms.
Throughout the process, we provide guidance and support to ensure a seamless integration of your new brand. We aim to create a strong and cohesive brand identity that resonates with your target audience and positions your business for success.

  • Can I request changes to the initial brand concepts?

    Certainly! Revisions are an essential part of the design process, and it is completely normal to have adjustments to a concept. Your satisfaction is my top priority, and I am more than willing to make any necessary changes until we achieve a design that meets your expectations.

  • How will we get started and communicate?

    Once you have purchased our service, we will start the design process. We can begin with either a Google Meets kick-off introduction meeting or through text or e-mail communication, whichever method is more convenient for you.

  • How long does the design process take?

    The process typically takes about 4 weeks, varying based on the complexity of the branding and the level of collaboration required.

  • We live in different time zones. Will this be an issue?

    No problem at all! I will be flexible with my schedule to ensure that our meetings and discussions align with your convenience.

    All of the deliverables will be provided in a neatly designed Brand Guidelines document (.pdf and .indd)

    You will get multiple initial concepts and unlimited revisions.

  • Colour palette

    You will get a clear colour palette together with the logos and typefaces.

  • Typography

    You will get different font pairings, sizing guides, and use cases.

  • Stationery

    There will be stationery designs included (e.g. letterhead, envelopes, business cards)

  • Social Media Post Templates

    Profile pictures and banners (for e.g. Facebook, X, and Instagram) + Easily editable social media post templates will be included in Canva and Adobe Illustrator format.

  • Pattern

    There will be a brand pattern included for multiple use cases.

  • Merch

    I will design 3 items of merch for future use (e.g. T-shirt, cap, employee clothing)

  • Moodboard

    At the beginning of the design process, I will hand-pick images and colors to make a mood board that suits the vision of your business.

  • (Web design at additional costs)

    At additional costs, I will make a complete website design to go along with the new brand identity in Figma or Adobe XD
