Before quoting, we define the character, number of videos, duration, formats, voice, language, captions and usage requirements. Allow two weeks as a planning estimate. After reviewing your references and source material, we agree the scope, fee and final delivery dates before work begins.

We use two approval stages. First, you review the character reference and scripts. Then you review a sample clip before I produce the agreed batch. Each stage includes one consolidated creative revision within the approved brief. New characters or changes to an approved direction are scoped separately.

I correct my production errors before handover without counting them as creative revisions. Extra versions, formats and source files are included only when agreed in the quote.
