Web app and dashboard design for SaaS teams: clear UX, a polished UI and a Figma design system your developers can build from.
SaaS products get complicated fast. New features get added, tables and filters pile up, and users stop finding what they need. Good SaaS design isn't about pretty screens. It's about making complex data and workflows feel simple, so users get value quickly and keep coming back. That's what this service focuses on.
It works for a new product (MVP) and for redesigning an existing one. For an existing product we start with a UX audit; for a new one we start with product discovery.
We're a small design studio with 8+ years of product design experience, mostly with SaaS and fintech teams. Our work includes finance and business dashboards, a UX audit for a property management SaaS and an AI-powered quoting dashboard.
Scope is built around your product
Every SaaS product is different. The number of screens depends on your user roles, workflows and features, not on a fixed package. So before we start, we have a short scoping call, map out what your product needs and share a clear fixed quote and timeline. The price shown is the starting point for a focused MVP or one core module of an existing product.
What's included
Kick-off call + discovery or UX audit: goals, user roles, key workflows and competitors. For existing products, a screen-by-screen audit with clear fixes
App structure & navigation: sidebar and menu structure, user roles and permissions, and what lives where
User flows for your key workflows: onboarding and setup, the core workflow, settings, billing and team management
Wireframes for all key flows, so we agree on structure before visuals
UI design for every screen in the agreed scope, desktop-first: dashboard, tables, forms, detail pages and settings
All the states real products need: empty, loading, error, success and first-time user
Data that's easy to read: KPI cards, charts and tables with search, filters, sorting and bulk actions
Design system in Figma: color, spacing and type variables plus components with variants (buttons, inputs, tables, modals, toasts, navigation), built so dark mode can be added easily later
Clickable prototype of the main workflows
Developer handoff: organised Figma file with specs, plus a walkthrough call with your developers
How it works
Scoping call. We go through your product, users and goals, then share a fixed quote and a timeline for each phase.
Phase 1: Discovery & structure. Discovery or UX audit, app structure, user flows and wireframes. You approve the structure before any visual design starts.
Phase 2: Visual direction. The visual style applied to the dashboard and a few key screens, so you can sign off on the look early.
Phase 3: Full UI & design system. All screens in the agreed scope with their states, and the design system built alongside.
Phase 4: Prototype & handover. Clickable prototype, final polish, developer handoff and walkthrough call.
The timeline depends on scope. As a guide, a focused MVP usually takes around 4 weeks, and larger products are split into modules with their own timelines. You'll get updates at every step, and each phase includes 2 rounds of revisions.
Good fit if you are
A SaaS founder designing the first version (MVP) of your web app
A product team whose app has grown messy and hard to use
A startup that needs a proper design system before the product and team grow
Need the marketing website too? We can design and build it in Framer or Webflow in the same visual style, so your product and website feel like one brand.
