Send one client-owned, macro-free CSV product table. I will preserve the source and apply exactly five tested cleanup rules: SKU trim/uppercase; Product Name trim and repeated-space cleanup; Category trim/proper case; normalization of only unambiguous Received Date values to yyyy-mm-dd; and Active trim/uppercase with YES/NO validation.

Never send passwords, payment-card or bank data, medical records, government or tax identifiers, employee HR data, children’s data, private personal contact lists, or data you do not have authority to share. Customer files remain inside the controlled platform/job workspace and never enter general company records.
This service verifies the five agreed transformations and row reconciliation. It does not certify that facts already present in the source are true. Duplicate candidates are not automatically deleted.
