What's included

• Project Plan

  I'll work with you to create a customized project plan to include identified deliverables, due dates & milestones, team member identification, budget, reporting requirements, and communication plan.

• Team Management

  I will help you hire and manage team members to ensure they are trained on the appropriate tools and systems established. I can be the liaison between you and your team members to free up your time while ensuring they are producing the deliverables for which they were hired, on time.

• Operations Management

  I will take on any "behind-the-scenes" tasks you don't have time to do, such as processing invoices, scheduling posts/emails, inventory management/ordering, inbox triage, and more.

• Process/Systems Creation

  I'll help you develop systems and/or processes to streamline your workflow and coordination with your team members. I am experienced with Trello, Asana, monday.com and other project management tools that will help us keep track of our newly created processes and tasks.
