About this service
Summary
To advise clients on the development of a Strategic and Business Plan that defines the company´s future direction, strategies and goals. This is not only applicable to start-ups, but to ongoing businesses too.
Process
Gather information on the company and the sector in which it operates. Develop an external (opportunities/threats) and an internal (strengths/weaknesses) analysis. Summarize in a SWOT analysis. Outline strategies (aggressive, defensive, adaptation, survival). Establish goals for each strategy. Finalize financial projections. If applicable, develop the Balanced Score Card.
