• Product Hunting

  First we will find the best product by analyzing the market if you have your own product that's good

• Store Creation

  If there is a single product then i will create you a single page high converting shopify website otherwise if we are working on a niche and have different products I will setup a proper website with all the pages required.

• Marketing/Ad Setup

  After the website is done we need to test our product in the market. I will create 1-2 campaign on facebook insta tiktok and google to test the product.

• Manage Sales

  I will manage all the sales and handle customer support and keep the website up and running

• Improve Ads and Marketing as required

  After the tested campaign is done we need to improve the campaign by analyzing sales and the region and the platform where the max sales are coming from then we will improve the ad set on the go.

• Maintenance

  When the store is giving us stable sales with repeat customers then the work is done and it will only require little bit maintenance like adding removing products or putting some inventory on sales or creating ads as per the sales month or special occasions.
