Focusing on creating high-quality and engaging content that resonates with client's target audience while coming up with innovative ideas to stand out on social media. Lastly, fostering a sense of community among your followers by encouraging conversations, responding to comments and messages, and partnering with other influencers and industry experts which I would help the client in giving ideas and reach out to their top influencer they want to invite to their social media which definitely increases social media following immediately after this association.

Process

Every creator is unique. The primary goal I have in mind when it comes to social media management is not mainly to increase followers (while that is also one of the goals), but to develop an authentic brand voice which is focused to creating an impact in social media. Speaking to a certain group of people and bringing them together to foster a growth-inclined and healthy community is the end-goal as we deliver value all along to the sets of people which my client would love to tap into.
This is ultimately my target in mind and for this to happen, it would start with a thorough conversation with the client I work with on what his/her goals are for his/her social media as it could serve a variety of purposes such as selling services, showing off lifestyle, fostering a sense of community where followers can communicate into each other, etc. From that goal in mind, the next thing to establish (if not yet established), is the brand voice. The personality of the client to be displayed authentically, with integrity, and the advocacy that resonates within. From there, what follows is the proper use of colors, using harmony of art, graphics, and design, to highlight the thought in mind and create a visual storyline explaining to viewers nonverbally, the reason as to why this account exist.
Following this would be to brainstorm and create a content calendar on how the postings should go. In this process comes brand and market research to see which types of content would sell out in this particular niche - reels, carousels, static posts, long-form content, shorts, talking heads, etc. And while content calendar is established, the next step would then proceed to editing content and creating social media copy which would be published right after and schedule the posts that are due for the week.
Along with it would exist networking to other influencers and social media account's platforms and timelines to connect with people of the same niche and create a sense of togetherness with these individuals pushing the same agenda and doing the same thing. From then on would be consistency and sustainability in social media management while adding secret sauce to increase followers through creating virtual events, establishing value through providing engaging content, entice attention through intriguing posts that communicate additional valuable information, set a tone of authority as a brand tagged along with a strong personality, and finally, maintain a loyal and engaged audience by staying updated with the latest trends and changes in social media algorithms to stay ahead of the competition.
