As an architect and interior designer for several clients in the last 5 years managing a variety of architecture project as retail, residential and coorporate office architecture, I know how to create some 3D renderings that not only illustrates your project clearly, but also stand out every its main virtues, values and points of interest.

Project Kick-off - First we will talk about the project, ite scale, materials and main points of interest, in adition of seeking for some refferences and moodboards

R00 - In a 2 to 3 days span I will model the proejct starting from some sketches, pdf, cad or sketchup files you provide me and we will review it and select the main points of view for the renderings.

R01 - In this revision we will check the model with some integrated materials, finishing and lighting details (also we can start checking enviroment)

R02 - We will check the final points of view with almost finished details, furniture, lighting, materials and enviroment for the final deliverable.

I'll send you the final product in separate PNG, JPEG or TIFF files and a project presentation in PDF
