Process

Inquiry : Anyone can book a free 30-minute consultation to discuss their project in detail. During this session, we cover their business, goals, and design preferences. After understanding their needs, we offer a subscription plan that aligns with their business objectives.

Onboarding: Once our client agrees to a subscription model, they need to pay half of the amount before their subscription plan starts. Then, we kick off the subscription by setting clear expectations and timelines, along with the preferred communication method.

Creative Direction: We begin our research to understand our client’s business and competitors, and set up a mood board to align with our client’s goals and preferences.

Design Time: Now the fun part begins! We start the design and development process, working on elements included in our subscription plans such as branding, website development, social media post design, keyword research, and more.

Feedback & Revisions: We then present all the designs included in the client's subscription for feedback. Based on their input, we refine the designs and provide revisions as needed. Once approved, we finalize all the designs and prepare the necessary files for delivery.

Offboarding: Once everything is approved, our client can book another month subscription as digital prescene is all about consistensy. Or they can wrap up and we explain the usage of their website and other design materials.
