I’m a Creative Project Manager with 5+ years of experience. I've managed projects of different scopes and budgets from conception to completion. I have strong organizational and communication skills, combined with creative problem solving, and attention to detail.

Kick Off Call - On a Zoom call, we establish goals we want to achieve together and identify gaps where I can come in and create processes to improve your existing systems without interrupting your workflow. We can agree on the scope and timeline of working together on this call.

Onboarding - This includes setting up the right tools and workflows for the specific project. If you don't already use a project management tool, I can recommend one that is a good fit and walk you through how to use it for your business.

Ongoing Rhythm & Check Ins- We will find the right rhythm of working and checking in that works for you and the project. For example, I can plan and schedule standing meetings on a weekly or bi-monthly basis. I will check in regularly on project updates and progress via email.
