What does unlimited really mean?

You can submit as many requests as you like and I will work on them every business day. Revisions included. No matter how many requests or revisions you submit, the price stays the same. You are only limited in terms of size of each individual task and my speed.

What type of tasks can I request?

The answer is a lot! As long as it’s work related to your Shopify store. If you can clearly explain or show it, then I can design and develop it. If you feel like you don’t know exactly what you need, my Growth plan includes an audit and improvement suggestions to keep your store constantly improving.

What are the request delivery times?

When it comes to delivery estimates, it depends on the task. Most of the tasks are completed within 48 hours (or sometimes even faster). Requests, such as complete page redesign or full store setup, can take longer. I provide estimated and due dates for each task separately, so you always know when to expect it. If the task will be too large, I will propose to break it down into smaller bits where possible. If you would like to know preliminary estimates to make sure I can complete planned work in one or two months, book a call and I will gladly review your scope of work.

How do I best provide a project brief?

I do my best to support whatever format works best for you. Here are some common ways to provide task briefs:
