A wildly unique service offering is one in which you will have a right and left hand present in the process of transferring all of your subject matter knowledge into a stand alone, fully monetized online course that you can use to educate those within and outside of your audience.
Let's take an impactful step in the growth of your Information Product offerings!

Process

Introduction & Ideation - It is during this stage that we meet and dive into the value that you'd like to bring to the audience that will consume the content contained in your course. What do you want them to learn? What do you want them to walk away from your course with?
Content Drafting - We will use this time to outline topics, modules and takeaways. We will also collaborate on building scripts (if applicable), outlining concepts. The second step will be really important for gauging how much content we'll need to produce for the fully realized course.
Production - Time to create! We will arrange time to film and produce content for your course. The amount of time needed for this step is almost entirely dependent on the amount of total content needed for the course to be completed.
Editing Season - It's time to put the course together! You can expect to receive drafted versions of content for your approval throughout the process to ensure that we are on track to actualizing your vision for the course.
Approval, Delivery and Rollout - We are set and ready to go! At this stage we are focused on publishing your course and making it live. We'll upload your course to the selected host platform and ensure that all components are fully functional prior to your first customer!
The following steps are optional and is only relevant in the event that you purchase marketing services along with course production:
Marketing Strategy - Who is your ideal customer and where do they normally spend their time online? The answer to this question will push us in the right direction to garner optimal attention and interest in your course.
Marketing Content Creation - At this point we have a gold mine of footage and writing we can repurpose as marketing content for your course. I will always be open (and even sometimes encourage) creating intentional marketing content but rest assured we will not be starting at ground zero on this step.
Strategy Rollout, Maintenance and Monitoring - It is at this step that I will employ my data analytics background to ensure that we are maximizing every single resource invested into promotion for your course. We will also supplement with organic content that emphasizes the value add of your course and brand.

  • What is your background in Online Education?

    For a large majority of my professional/corporate career I served in a Sales and Revenue Operations role for an online education company that partnered with Universities to create, sell and manage accredited online education programs. Essentially, I supported efforts to increase sales revenue and retention by routinely completing analyses of varying depth. Those analyses served as roadmaps and guidance for sales team to spend their time targeting the most optimal prospects.

  • What Platform will be used to host the Online Course?

    There are a variety of options available in this realm at the moment, all of which have their own unique set of capabilities. I will recommend a platform that is most aligned with the interests of my clients ( I typically consider items like, community engagement capabilities, asynchronous vs synchronous learning options, etc.) So far in my experience the most common options that clients lean towards are: Skillshare, Kajabi, Thinkific and Udemy. However, there are numerous options available outside of these platforms that can also be considered viable based on priorities.
